REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under certain conditions:

• Return period : 14 days from receipt of the product.

• Returned product : It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

• Procedure : Contact our customer service at contact@maisonbeneci.com before returning an item.

• Refund : Once the product is received and checked, we will process the refund via the original payment method.

Some products are non-refundable (e.g. gift cards, personalized items).
